Lake Geneva School of Cooking

On Friday December 8th the ladies of the CBW Agencies, were treated to a day 'away' from the office and this years trip was to Lake Geneva with the highlight being the afternoon at.....

  • Reception:  Holiday Cheese Popovers & Sparkling Wine
  • First Course:  Grilled Shrimp with Macademia Nut Pesto served over Angel Hair Pasta
  • Second Course:  Black Truffle Onion Soup baked in Puff Pastry
  • Third Course:  Frenched Stuffed Pork Chop with Prosciutto, Wild Mushrooms and Smoked Gouda
  • Fourth Course:  Flourless Chocolate Pate with Chantilly Cream and Berry Coulis
